Outlook and QR code issues

Does anyone else have issues with outlook and QR reader?

outlook opens an internet browser within itself not a 3rd party app and when you need to open emails again the page you were looking at has to be re loaded.

same for the QR reader, you get all the way to pay then it asks for method of confirmation ie Facebook or Google then the page has disappeared when you try and return; surely it needs to be sorted where they both just open up the safari app as it’s not suitable as it is now.

failing that Id anyone have a fix for this let me know.

Outlook or Browser Issues Hi There, I was trying to login to an App recently and was having a problem with the link provided in the email sent after verification. Clicking the linking or Copying the link and trying to launch the app via Google or MS Edge also failed. In the meantime I also notice that I can't launch Support from Norton which which was highlighting that there was no internet connection after trying to connect to the site, although these were active and working. I have now been able to launch the App by forwarding the email to icloud from outlook and have been able to launch the App but still haven't resolved the problem with Norton. Please can you assist with some answer as to what is the cause of these problem and how to solve it. Note: Outlook is set to launch links thru Safari.

Microsoft Outlook Safelinks I am using Microsoft Outlook for Mac Version 16.61 and safari as a default browser. Whenever I try to open a link in my email the outlook attaches a link pior to the URL. The link keeps on loading in safari but never opens. But if I open this link in chrome browser it opens instantly. I am tired of copy pasting links to chrome. Do you know what could be the problem? Only the safelinks URL has problems in safari, everything else works well in the browser. [Link Edited by Moderator]

Cannot enter data in “To” field in outlook mail on safari, OK in other browser My customer’s mac running OSX 10.15.7 has recently bumped into below issue: Start safari, go to outlook.live.com and login Create new mail When you try to enter text in “To” field you can not enter anything. Same issue for “CC” field However if you do same in e.g. firefox or chrome there is no issue Also my own mac with same OSX has same issue! Apple support suggested reinstalling OSX, but since two macs have exactly same issue, I wonder why this would help. These old macs cannot be updated further, so that is not an option. Any suggestions?
