“Find My” AirPods

My AirPods always show the location on “Find My” as last place they were connected to my iPhone, not the current location. I contacted Apple Support and they said this was correct, they will only show the last location they were connected. Does this sound right?

Yes. It sounds right, but is in fact only half-right. The fact is that might show up as such.

  1. See Here: Find your Lost AirPods - Apple Support
  2. As it reads: If your AirPods are offline
  3. As it Reads: "If your AirPods are out of range or need to charge, you might see their last known location, 'No location found,' or 'Offline.'"
