Ipod Touch dead Help!
Query - Ipod is dead and old but I have over 500 songs that I would like to download to my computer (which is not Apple). How do I do this?
It wont power on but I have access to my account online.

If the steps in that article doesn't resolve your issue you might need a battery replacement or another type of hardware service at which point you can go to https://getsupport.apple.com to Contact Apple Support and set up a service request.
