Logitech Combo Touch problems

I recently purchased the combo touch for my 4th Gen IPad Air. Only the right hand side of the space bar is backlit, around 30% of it I would say. I’m not sure if it is suppose to be like this as the only good review online that I can find has the same back lighting. Has anyone else experienced this?

Logitech Combo touch issue for iPad Pro 12.9 2021 Recently got a Combo Touch and for the first couple days, when I disconnected the keyboard and reconnected it, my iPad Pro wouldn’t show the on-screen keyboard and would allow me to use keyboard combinations like Command+H. However, recently, my On-Screen Keyboard keeps appearing and it only disappears after a restart. Keyboard combinations also don't work either. I’ve also noticed that the option for Hardware Keyboard in the Keyboard settings option doesn’t appear until a restart as well.

Logitech combo touch is not responding in iPad 4th gen It would be wonderful if back in shape also when I’m going to the app it’s saying that the key board is connected but I’m not able to nor get backlit lights. Also I talked to apple support they told to reset the network settings which I did and still is not working. Plus also the cursor is not visible on the screen. Thanks [Edited by Moderator]

Logitech combo touch stopped working after 4 months of not using I stopped using my combo touch keyboard for a while (around 3-4 months) and after i connected it again there was no response. I cleaned the connections did all the updates but still nothing. My ipad works with a magic keyboard and also dead combo touch keyboard works with another ipad but unfortunately they dont work together. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We understand your Logitech keyboard is only partially backlight. It would be best to reach out to the manufacturer of the keyboard for assistance with its functionality.
