My order is stuck at processing for a week

Hi, i've recently made a purchase of iPad Air last saturday which is the 1st of Jan and it has been stuck on processing for almost a week. I have read that Apple can't charge you if the product is not being shipped yet but they have already charged me for it and now it is stuck at processing for almost a week.

I can't ship ipad pro 11 to Egypt I can't ship ipad pro 11 to Egypt, i get a message saying Hi Abdalla Kordy, Thank you for your recent order with the Apple Online Store. We appreciate your business. We are unable to complete your order. We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. Therefore your order has been cancelled. cannot be processed. Also i got a message saying You have exceeded the product quantity limit for an item in your bag. As a result, we are unable to process your order. did they give you a delivery window? The status will change to shipped when it actually is. And, Apple may have different payment policies with different payment methods in different parts of the world.
