My order is stuck at processing for a week

Hi, i've recently made a purchase of iPad Air last saturday which is the 1st of Jan and it has been stuck on processing for almost a week. I have read that Apple can't charge you if the product is not being shipped yet but they have already charged me for it and now it is stuck at processing for almost a week.


Item being shipped to : Malaysia
