I found out that AirPlay worked again after I set the Sonos Beam to factory settings. AirPlay asked for the pin again after I set up Alexa.
Then I set the Sonos back to factory settings and connected an iPhone to AirPlay. Then I set up Alexa during AirPlay playback.
Now AirPlay works again without a pin.
