iOS 15.2 removed alarm type-in; how do I get it back?

How do I revert to the previous iOS setting that allowed me to type in the alarm time via keypad, vice using these stupid scroll wheels?

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities! We understand that you're wanting to set an alarm time using the number pad instead of scrolling to a time on your iPhone.

This feature is still available in iOS 15.2 and will appear when you tap, instead of scroll, on the time when setting an alarm following the steps in the resource you previously viewed:
