How can I turn on good morning on the apple watch screen? I used to have it but not anymore, now I have it only in my iPhone

Is the one that showing Good morning, battery percentage...

Sleep app on watchOS 10 iPhone 14 Pro Max, Apple Watch Ultra, WatchOS 10 RC, iOS 17 RC. The good morning screen displays dark background in the Apple Watch Ultra with no weather information. The alarm rings alright but the display is only "Good morning...(name)" and nothing else. Is anyone having sane problem and how can I correct that? Thanks for your kind assistance.
