Screen time lockout - Don't know passcode or account used to create it

Can someone let me know what we can try or what can be done please?

A google search doesn't reveal much and only comes up with software you have to buy that claim will unlock it. I'm very skeptical about that but if that's my last resort does anyone recommend it?

Yes she will lose a lot of data, message included.

She can sign into her icloud account or mail account and sync data back if she used it. This is where she would get her contacts back.
