Tired of bad movie picture quality

I’m sick and tired of “4K” movies I buy from Apple which looks like 576p. Spent hours with technical support, sending them reports from Apple TV and even making screen pictures. They did not come back with anything and stop responding to requests. I bought latest Apple TV unit and it suffers from the same problem. Previous gen 4k unit is installed in other room 4k tv and suffers from the same sudden picture quality drops. Apple TV Speedtest app shows 300 mbits/sec. I have hundreds of movies purchased and it looks like scam they ad it in 4k HDR or Dolby vision and we can not get it even in constant HD.

Your issue is likely something about your setup or settings, as most other users are able to get their 4K content in 4K.

Apple TV HD, tvOS 14

Apple TV HD does not support 4K.

tvOS 14 is not being up-to-date. For support assistance, please update your devices to the current version. Update your Apple TV - Apple Support

All iTunes Store 4K movies are also available in 1080p, 720p, and 480p stream, so your device should be able to get an optimized version, based on settings.

Again, I spent hours with Apple Support and if they could blame set up or settings, they would do it long time ago instead of just disappear after getting report files and sample pictures.
