Can’t type letter ñ on iphone keyboard.

I know how to type letter accents on my iphone by holding down, but for some reason, the only options i’m given for the letter “n” are ṉ and ŋ. i’m using an Australian QWERTY keyboard and my default language is english. i’m pretty sure i used to be able to type the letter but now i’m learning spanish and can’t find it anywhere when i need it!
