iOS 15 Mail App Populating Email Addresses from Other Apps

Hello,

Mail is my default email app. I noticed today that when I type an email address in the "To:" field in the Mail App, it is populating email addresses that were ONLY used from my Gmail App (separate email accounts than the one used in the Mail app) as well as the Outlook app on my phone. Oddly enough the same thing happens on my iPad.

How is it possible the data on the Gmail app is being shared with other apps? I do not ever send/receive emails from from the Gmail app in the default Mail app vice versa.

So I found a way to remove most of the addresses. I went to Previous Recipients in Mail on my Mac, deleted them all and then went into the Siri Settings on my iPhone for Gmail/Outlook and turned off Learn from this App and Show Content in Search.

I still see some email addresses in the default Mail app but a lot less. I'm hoping the changes I made will sync across my devices soon and completely remove the addresses.

If anyone has any further suggestions, please share.
