Screentime not working properly

Hi!

I have a problem with screentime on my iPhone 7 running iOS 15.2. So basically I have set an app limit for 2 hours and 20 minutes which is supposed to help me get a break from using my phone which is what my plan is. However it doesn't work properly because I have used the phones for 3 hours and 23 minutes today but stull it hasn't blocked any apps yet. For the app limit I have selected 'All Apps & Categories'. This has happened regularly, where I have been able to use my phone for longer than 2h 20m despite the app limit.

Could you please suggest some solutions?

Apple Support Communities is a fantastic place for help with Screen Time on your iPhone. It sounds as though you’ve restricted all applications and categories in Screen Time, but you’re still able to use the apps. To confirm, are being presented with the option to ignore the limit? If so, the limit would be ignored for the duration of time you selected. If not, have you tried turning off and on App Limits to see if the issue persists? If not, this can be a helpful step that may resolve the issue.
