iMessage synchronization

Hello, Dear Community,

I got a problem with synchronization, which I cannot fix. I used apple devices since iPhone 3GS, and first iPad. Everything was fine since now. Situation looks like that:

  • Everything was fine to the moment I bought a new MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020).
  • I had iMessage synchronized and working on my previous MacBook (13-inch, Intel, 2017)
  • Now I don't see new messages on my M1
  • On the left field where I should see pinned conversations, and list of earlier conversations from iPhone - nothing appears.

I tried several ways to fix this, including deleting iMessage db, and nothing happens.

Can I have some help, please?

Ensure that you have ➡️ Text Message Forwarding setup on your iPhone with your new MacBook Pro listed under it.

Do you use iCloud for Messages on your iPhone? If YES, then on your iPhone open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Messages: Ensure that this switch is set to ON.

On your MacBook Pro, open the Messages app ➡️ Preferences ➡️ iMessage tab ➡️ Enable Messages in iCloud: Toggle this switch to OFF and then back to ON (If it is already ON) OR Check this to the sure that it is ON.

I'm afraid my iMessage has gone crazy.

At the moment it works so that messages written on the MacBook M1 are visible on the M1 and on the iPhone, but messages written in the same conversation on the iPhone are only visible on the iPhone. Additionally, after exiting iMessage on M1 and turning it on again, all messages disappear.

Additionally, messages are not syncing all the time, the iMessage window on the MacBook looks like this:
