I can access my Microsoft 365 account on my iPhone but not my Mac please help

I have a Microsoft 365 subscription thought apple. But when I try and access these on my Mac it asks for my Microsoft login which is not where the subscription is attached to (it is with the Apple ID)

this doesn't seem to be an issue on my iphone

Thanks

Hi BlueFairyOgg1,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities, we're glad to help. We understand that you have a Microsoft 365 subscription that's fine on your iPhone, but when trying on your Mac you're asked for a Microsoft log-in. On your Mac, are you going through the Microsoft 365 app? If not, you can find that in the App Store on your Mac, and use the same Apple ID that you use on your iPhone.
