Goodnotes

My Goodnotes App is not syncing to all my devices. My MAC and iPhone sync, but whatever I do on my IPAD Air does not sync to my MAC and iPhone.

Anyone has this problem? How can I fix this?

Why would Notes only synch one way? When I type into the notes app on my MacBook Pro the changes show up after a couple of seconds on the iPhone. This does not work the other way around & changes I make on the iPhone are not showing up on the MacBook Pro. Any ideas why this would occur & how to remedy this? Any help is greatly appreciated

iPhone and iPad not sync notes I have checked my settings. Is my problem with notes not syncing because my iPhone is iOS 16 and my iPad is iOS 15? My iPad is a mini 4 so it can’t go beyond iOS 15.

If you problem is only with Goodnotes, You might be best advised to seek assistance from Goodnotes’ own Technical Support team.
