MacBook Air m1 battery

can I leave my MacBook Air m1 plugged in during the day at 100% for about 4-5 hrs while using zoom.

will it overkill my battery , do I need to worry ?

You should be fine to leave it plugged in because once the charge reaches 100%, the indicator turns green and charging stops.

You don't need to worry about it. Mac stops to charge the battery at 100%.
