Draft email missing

Hi there, I am trying to access information in a draft email but each time I open the draft random parts of the email disappear. I can see some of the missing information in the thumbnail but its not in the body of the draft. This is only happening to one draft. I have tried searching for various content held in the email and for the title but I keep coming up against the same issue.
