if i delete voice memos from my iphone that are saved in icloud will they remain in icloud after they’re deleted from phone

if i delete voice memos from my iphone that are saved in icloud will they remain in icloud after they’re deleted from phone. I do not want to lose them but want to free up space on my iPhone.

No. iCloud syncs your files across devices. If you delete a file on your phone it will delete the synced file in iCloud.
