Everytime i click the “add to health and wallet” button beneath my qr code I just get taken to an apple web page advertising the health app. I get no notification from the health app or option to go to the app. I have tried using chrome and safari app same issue. I have also tried scanning my qr code with m camera and same result.

At any point, does the vaccination record appear in the Health app and if so, is there a checkmark? If not, this may not be a verifiable record. Check out Add verifiable COVID-19 vaccination information to Apple Wallet and Health.
If it does not appear at all or shows a checkmark but doesn't get added, reach out to Apple Support from Get Support.
