Apple TV App Duplication

I have an ATV HD 4th generation and an ATV 4K - both share the same Apple ID and home network. Apps on both devices are synched so that when I install and delete on one device the same things happen on both devices. Is there any way to have this not happen ?

Any advice is appreciated !
