I am having difficulty uploading the children's immunizations to my health app/wallet. There are three separate codes (one per) and I can upload one of their codes/data to the app/wallet, but when attempting to add the others, I get a message saying it was previously uploaded, but there is nothing there.
Anyone else having issues?
please do not continue to make threads about the same thing. This is a new program and there are some issues. Update to the latest iOS and that could resolve it as well but there is limited information.

did you go to the link I posted? if they can resolve it you can post the fix here and then it will be available to many.
