Can't print on HP Officejet Pro 7740, either iMac or from my iPhone.

Hi everyone. I have an HP Officejet Pro 7740, that used to be installed on my iMac (27-inch Late 2014 macOS Big Sur 11.6.2) and now I can't print in it. I deleted the printer trying to fix the problem and know the computer says that it can't find the printer or find and error when it finds it. I thought it was a problem only on my mac, but I can't also print from my iPhone either. All of this thru wifi.

I already hard reseted my printer, also logged in in safe mode, trying to install updated firmware, etc. But none of this is working. Do you have any idea what could be happening?

Hi,

An HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-In-One is listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model supporting the driverless AirPrint technology, so it should work with macOS (Big Sur) if the printer, the iMac, and the iPhone are connected to the same Wi-Fi router/network.

The following power-cycling sequence could perhaps be worth testing: Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the iMac, the iPhone, and all other devices/computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the iMac. Finally, power on the iPhone and all other devices/computers. Any change?
