Rhinoshield Case isn't coming off

I recently got a new iPhone 13 Pro and for protection, I bought a Rhinoshield SolidSuit case for it, but the moment that I put it on my iPhone, it is literally not coming off no matter what I do. My fingers are literally sore trying to pull it off my phone because I need to clean the edges of the phone. I really need help.
