Contact iTunes customer support to complete this transaction?
I cannot complete any purchases. I have tried to remove a card that was frozen due to unknown transactions separate from my ipad. Apple Pay has let me set up the new card as the default card, but every time I try to manage the payment card on file, it doesn’t let me take away the old card which is apparently still set on default. It told me to contact you to complete the purchase.
