Apache, running Perl script with error_log: AH00052: child pid XXXX exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

I use a Mac mini M1 with Monterey Version 12.1; Apache/2.4.51 (Unix) and perl v5.30.3

Whenever I run a perl sricpt (localhost/cgi-bin/perlscript.pl) sometime it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I checked all kind of settings and parameters in the http.conf, httpd-userdir.conf and "myownuser".conf.

But the result is always the same ...

Sometimes all scripts work properly AND sometimes no script.

Restart apache with "apachectl greaceful" or "apachectl stop/start" has no affect.

The error result in the error_log is as follow:
