Is there a way to favorite multiple photos at once on ios?

Someone asked the subject question and no one had an answer other than using a third-party app.

In photos, hit “select” and select all of the pictures you want to “favorite”. When you have selected one or many, you just select and hold one of the pictures and drag to the “favorites” folder; you’ll notice there will be a number indicating how many pictures you are dragging. When you have dragged the pictures, hover over “favorite” and release. Your pictures will be in favorites folder. Hope this helps.
