Find my phone is active by previous owner .and i don't know what the iCloud is ..and now my phone didn't work what i do

It could be a stolen phone you bought. Try to locate the original owner or het a refund if possible from the person or shop you bought it from. Else it will be a brick for you, send it in to apple to recycle it
