To whom this may concern,


Since yesterday morning, my phone is not letting me use any Wi-Fi or even my cell data for anything. My phone can still make and receive calls but when I try to use my apps for example like snapchat, Facebook, tiktok, etc. it says that I have no internet connection.


I have contacted my server that I have service with and they said it could either be my SIM or it is just my phone.


Please help me.

Start by taking out the SIM card and putting it back in. Then Reset Network Settings.
