My iPhone 13 calls are breaking up

I have a new iPhone 14 pro and it is awful for breaking up. I hear the other person but they say I keep breaking up so I hang up. I’ve been to the place where I bought it and they’re blaming it on the new 5G software. What can I do? I have waited for over 3 weeks to see if it would clear up but it hasn’t.

You're welcome. Not sure why though, tbh. And honestly, I've not noticed any discernable difference on phone calls anyway.

My new 13 and my wife’s are both breaking up during calls. Not sure if I should call Apple

Well we both have Verizon and 4 bars at time of cut outs so not sure what it could be. It happens a lot too

My husbands iPhone 13 and my iPhone 13 have calls that are choppy while we are fully charged but phones only show 1 bar

Did you ever find a resolution for this my phone is constantly breaking up as well not on my end but the receivers and I am also with Verizon

Covering the case does nothing when cell is breaking up, something is wrong we get it all the time and Apple will not admit there is a problem it seems. Never had this with other cell

Yep! There is a problem and it has not gone away.

I noticed that but on my phone, It doesn’t matter if the case is on or not it still breaks up on the other end I can hear the perfectly but people say I break up all the time it’s very annoying

Mine is breaking up I did so many visits to apple store and their staff really disappointed me. I am not sure what to do

Yes has not got better wish it was that easy though but would not carry it around without my OtterBox case as may have a bigger problem if dropped.
