My notes app is locked and I can’t seem to get the password so I reset my password and it says it got rest but when I try putting in the new password it doesn’t work what do I do?

Resetting a Notes password does not unlock old Notes. The new password just applies to future Notes.
is there no way to find out what my old password was? can i go to an apple store? would they be able to find it out for me?
