iPad issue

I have my tablet stuck in the apple logo and I reset it couple of times but still doing sale think try to start but freeze in apple logo, what could I do to solve the problem ?

the apple logo is frozen on my screen Hi, I have tried to force quit using the power button and the home button but it only shuts down for a moment then pops back up with the apple logo. This is a new ipad and I haven't done anything to damage it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
