How can I talk with somebody to review and revert a incorrect charge in my App Store, I bought one app for $5,99 usd, but apple charged $59,9 USD, HELP

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
