Calls disconnect when FaceTime call comes in

How do you stop an incoming FaceTime call from disconnecting the current call you are on? I mean what if you are on an important call and then a FaceTime call comes in, it automatically disconnects your call? This maybe the dumbest thing ever. I knew that switching to iPhone would be hard but this is just plain annoying.
