Cancelling an app

I’m trying to cancel an app which I thought was free but turns out it’s only a free trial which I now don’t want. When I go into settings it doesn’t say free trial so I can’t cancel. Years subscription due to come off tomorrow. Anyone else had this problem?

iPad, iOS 10

Thank you for your reply but still not working.

The free trial option is not there.

Not sure if I should subscribe and cancel again.
