New Office 365 download completed (twice!) and activation indicates that I am not connected to the internet
I have just upgraded to OS Monterey and downloaded Office 365 on a family subscription. When I try to activate word, excel, etc. I get a message saying "No network connection. Try checking your settings.....". My laptop is connected to the internet so I need someone to tell me how to activate a different way soonest please.
