My iPhone has two Apple IDs but I have only one password and I can't update my apps

I have two apple ids signed in on my iPhone 6 s. The I.D for iCloud and iTunes belongs to my ex. My personal ID is logged into the App Store, but won’t allow me to update apps without the password for my ex’s ID. Please help

Delete and redownload those applications. The other Apple ID is stored inside them.
