Big Sur: Remove Safari from Spotlight suggestions?

How is this an issue...(?) It is searching the web—You do not have to use the suggestion presented

Use the down arrow or mouse to move down the list...

Applications is unchecked there. I also put the application folder under the privacy tab tp prevent Spotlight from searching applications. I heard it is a Big Sur problem. Any other ideas?

You can select a different default browser besides Safari and see if the macOS will respect....
