problems accessing dropbox
Hi all,
Since the latest OSX update I can no longer access Dropbox on one of the Macs in the business.
- The Dropbox icon went missing & saved docs are not being updated on the Dropbox account.
- I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app - no joy. An error message pops up stating "couldn't start Dropbox - ....usually a permissions error."
- However, I have made no settings changes, but cannot figure out what the problem is and more importantly how to resolve this.
- There are no such issues on other Macs and MacBooks which were updated successfully.
Have to say this is the latest in a line of problems with Macs so a bit frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
