Audio issues

For no apparent reason my phone begins some audio background that sounds like running water. Why is that? And how the **** do I get rid of it?

My TikTok’s keep playing when I turn off my phone So I recently dropped my phone in a lake and ever since then when I power off my phone say if I have TikTok open my audios that I was using TikTok on will keep playing for a couple seconds, and then shuts off and I have no idea why this is in my phone is completely dried out, so can anyone help me?

Probably you have enabled Sound Recognition

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Sound Recognition, then turn on Sound Recognition. Tap Sounds, then turn on the sounds you want your iPhone to recognize.
