The commbank app is not working on the watch. There is just a spinning wheel. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still doesn't work. Any ideas?

I have been told CommBank is decommissioning their Apple Watch App from 8th March, 2022
I think this is disappointing and I do not know why.

Are other apps working as expected on the Apple Watch? If so, you may need to contact the app developer.

Hello, I have the same issue. Another bank app is working fine. Commbank app just spins when opened. All updates have been done. I have no issues with any other apps on the watch.
