I do a screen shot cmd sh 3 and I crop and send to photos. Then since sw update the screens won't close. Just dings. I can select color though. Mac book pro. This year model.

Troubleshooting a Stuck App:
Use "Force Quit..." Menu:
Use this User Tip: [command+tab] Use it to Access your Mac when Something is Not Responding - User Tip. Once you access that menu, Force Quit all items. Read my tip for more on this.
