MS Outlook is Attacking/Corrupting Apple Contacts

iMac 5k

I use Outlook on my PC for work. I loaded it onto my iMac. Then this happened. See the attached screen shots. Outlook adds a link then MOVES all the contact information to the notes section.

Some contacts in Mail are greyed-out Hello I'm using a Mac Studio running Ventura 13.1. I don't own or use an iPhone or use iCloud. The contacts were imported from my old iMac by creating an .abbu file. This was imported into Address Book, where they all show up normally. However... When I compose an email, a lot of my contacts aren't available to use. They are visible, but greyed out. Even if I search for an email from one of these people and select "add to Contacts" they still remain greyed out. What is going on?

Contacts not syncing Additions to my Contacts on my iMac are not syncing across my other Apple devices (iPhone, MacBook Air), nor vice versa. At the same time, many incoming emails are incorrectly going to my spam folders. I would like to know how to fix these problems and if they are related. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Corrupted Contacts On My Mac Has anyone successfully tried the solution to corrupted contacts recently? https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-10581 After much trouble shooting with Apple Support and reinstall of the OS Catalina 10.15.4 on my iMac, Contacts On My Mac is still unusable. Any import of VCards results in the same number of "No Name" cards. If syncing is turned on to the iCloud, thousands of these No Names back pollute.

Unlike some Android devices, contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

Your reply doesn't explain why MS Outlook is removing the content from its containers into the notes section.
