Deleted app still shows up in Manage Storage

Ive redownloaded and deleted the IBooks app on my IPhone many times but no matter what I do it still appears in my Manage Storage section with a gridded icon. This only seems to happen with IBooks. I don't think ICloud is the problem because I've tried that too. Any solutions?

You will not want to do this but the nuke fix is Restore to factory and don't restore any backup.

You will need to safeguard all your data and photos on iCloud or on a computer first. Then install just what you need.

You will lose messages and social history. Research this first.
