Can't delete app

This app doesn't show up in finder, and it only shows up when I go to "manage storage". For all my other apps the "Delete" option is white and I can click it, but for Civ Vi, it shows up grey and I can't click it. Don't know what to do, any help appreciated thanks.

Removing unwanted apps I cannot remove an item with Finder because it says that the app is open but there is no way to close it. I am sick of Skype asking me to update and I do not want the install OS Monterey on my computer.
