You could perhaps try the Apple download at https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US . An HP Photosmart C4700 series 3.3.2 driver is mentioned in the article Printer and scanner drivers for Mac - Apple Support. It may or may not work with your printer. Look upon this as an experiment. If necessary, reset the printing system.
Make sure that you have backup copies of all important files (documents, photos, et cetera) before testing anything.

I suggest that you do what the messages tell you. Apparently you need to install a print driver that is compatible with your computer's operating system.
