I'm having trouble connecting my Apple TV. The error message says I'm not connected to the internet. I have rebooted my router several times, powered the TV on and off, and plugged and unplugged my Apple TV more than a dozen times.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 15

Has it ever worked before or is this something that just occured? If this is the latter please do the following in the order provided.


  1. Unplug your modem from its power source for 2-3 minutes and Restart Modem.
  2. Unplug your router from its power source for 2-3 minutes and Restart router.
  3. Unplug Apple TV from Power for 2-3 minutes – re-plug in and retest.
