I have an iPad Pro and try to FaceTime with my wife next room to test the microphone, once she accepts the call you can hear a high pitch noise sound, any help

Sounds like feedback and that someone has the volume up too loud. Just like on stage when they have the volume turned up too loud on the speakers and someone walks close with the microphone, you hear that high pitched squeal.
