can not add Zoom virtual background on macair

Does your computer meet the requirements? I use several Macs, have no problem with Zoom virtual backgrounds. Check Apple menu > About this Mac, post the full info, eg. MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019).

Maybe a question for Zoom. There are specific virtual background requirements specified by Zoom.
